Dr. Alhussain

Dr. Reem I. Alhussain DDS was born in Strasbourg, France and grew up in Paris and Virginia. In her beloved state of Virginia, she graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political and Persuasive Communications with a Minor in Business. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University Medical College of Virginia. She then completed residency in pediatric dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry and Bellevue Hospital Center where she was appointed Chief Resident. Dr. Reem has had the privilege to serve as an American Student Dental Association national leader to advocate for oral health. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD). She has represented the state of New York on AAPD Lobby Day advocating for policy impacting pediatric oral health. Dr. Reem has a passion for traveling for service. She has traveled to provide care for under-served patients locally in Virginia and internationally in Jamaica, Grenada, and Nepal. Dr. Reem loves to spend quality time with her husband, family, and friends. She absolutely loves to travel and learn new languages.
